Turquoise is the color

Very sexy turquoise shorts. The color seems to fade a bit when put on screen. Made by Delfi in the late eighties.

Pink shorts

Nice pair of pink shorts made in Finland by Delfi in the late eighties.

American flag

There's a tiny American flag on the corner of the left leg (on the picture, right). The side ornaments repeat the stars and stripes pattern. Very fitting, but I don't really know if these are stylish.

Adidas tried its best

These are probably swimming shorts, as they have a small pocket for keys just behind the waist line, but go well as biker shorts. Nice shiny lycra, but the logo ruins them, makes them a bit banal, don't you think? The size label was so worn out that I couldn't make out what the actual size was, but these don't really sit well.

Finnish Vintage

These are made by a Finnish manufacturer SE-Sport, probably in the late eighties. They look a bit like swimming trunks when they are on, unfortunately. Otherwise they are great. (SE-Sport comes from Sirkku Erkkilä, who might be the same person who also teaches athletics. SE-Sport has done other sport clothing as well.)

(Well, of course there are not really "vintage". What term should I use? Retro?)

These look like a Wettex towel

I don't know whether it's also called Wettex in other countries, but these really look like one of those cleaning kitchen towels. (These are shortened, originally they were below knee which looked stupid. As if they didn't now.) Made in Italy, probably early nineties.

Biker shorts and fashion

Here's Boston Globe on Clavin Klein's new models. Well, not new actually. I kind of like that outfit.
